Welcome to our stunning new Modern Alpine Retreat, a modern 4-bedroom, 5-bathroom cabin designed for up to 10 guests. Located just minutes from top attractions, including Soaky Mountain Waterpark and the Sevierville Convention Center and a short drive from Dollywood and Pigeon Forge, this cabin offers a prime location with no steep roads. Spanning 2,393 square feet, the cabin features a chic, contemporary design with walls of glass that flood the space with natural light and offer spectacular mountain views. Inside, you'll find an open floor plan, a stylish kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances, and a dining area with serene vistas. The cabin includes an open loft, a private indoor heated pool, and a hot tub on the lower level—perfect for unwinding after adventures. Each of the four bedrooms is a luxurious retreat with high-end linens, and the five bathrooms offer spa-like amenities. Step outside to enjoy oversized decks and the natural beauty surrounding the cabin. Whether you seek outdoor adventures or relaxing moments, this retreat caters to all. Ideal for family getaways, group retreats, or intimate gatherings, this cabin combines modern luxury with stunning natural beauty. Book your unforgettable escape today! Included is a complimentary starter pack that contains the following: soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, towels for showering/bathing and the pool, trash bags, dish soap, dish sponge, and soap for the dishwasher. Laundry detergent and some coffee will also be provided. For longer stays you may need to buy more.

This is YOUR HOME away from home. Please treat our beautiful new cabin, as you would treat your own. We poured our hearts into this amazing home & we look forward to hosting you! HOUSE RULES: Below are some basic rules we have for our home: 1. Smoking/vaping is up to a $2000 penalty fee and having the reservation ended with no refund. 2. Bringing a pet is a $1500 penalty fee and having the reservation ended immediately with no refund. 3. Having a party / large gathering is $1000 penalty fee and having the reservation ended immediately with no refund. POOL RULES: We’re excited for you to enjoy our fabulous pool! The pool is 5FT deep at its deepest end. Using the pool and swimming is at your own risk. The pool room is protected by a safety code that will be shared with you during checkin. To keep things safe and fun, please remember to follow all the pool rules posted in the pool room. Please adult swimmer supervision is requested for kids and children under age 18. While we want you to have a blast, modern alpine retreat can’t take responsibility for any poolside mishaps. Enjoy the pool responsibly and have an amazing time! PLEASE NOTE: 1. As this is a brand new build there are still some homes under construction up the hill. Hopefully this will not be a disturbance to you as they will work within City-regulated hours only. The hill is steep but manageable with any vehicle. 2.For security purposes, this property has one external camera located on the front porch. 3. Property has a charcoal grill to be used for guest's grilling pleasures. The grill is located at the patio in the main/ground level. Please bring your own charcoal and grilling supplies if you plan to grill. Kindly clean up the grill after use.
